Church ladder shortcut

A new shortcut from Lumbridge church to Lumbridge swamp.

Added a ladder in the shed in the Lumbridge church graveyard that takes you down to Lumbridge swamp
The ladder is sealed until you buy the way to break the seal from Father Aereck in the church
Costs 500,000gp, paid once, and then you can use the ladder forever
No requirements. You can ask him before, during or after The Restless Ghost
If you're part-way through The Restless Ghost, Father Aereck now gives you a choice between the quest and the ladder

Added a "Get task" right-click option to every slayer master. It runs all the same checks as "Get a slayer task" in the chat menu
Fixed Valkor slayer tasks not counting kills, which meant no count down, no Slayer xp and no points
Kills made on a Valkor task before this update weren't recorded, so your task is still at the number you were given

You can now use a tinderbox on logs in your inventory to start firemaking. Your character drops the log, lights it and carries on through the rest of your logs
Dropping a log first and using the tinderbox on it still works

Ultra potions are now tradable. Extreme combat potions are still account bound
You can now use 1- and 2-dose ultra and extreme combat potions on each other to combine them
Combining doses also now works for agility, super ranging, super magic, runecraft, super runecraft and poison antidote potions
Fixed the Herblaw cape not working when making extreme combat potions. It saves the torstol
Making an ultra defense potion with fewer than 10 woad leaves now tells you what you need. Before, nothing happened
Fixed extreme combat potions being described as "ultra ranging potion" when examined

Large stacks in your inventory are now shortened the same way as in the bank, so 12,294,486 coins shows as 12M
Hover over the stack to see the exact amount

Two of the best times needed for the Legendary Boss cape have changed. Everything else is the same.

Nyrex the infernal: 9s or less > under 8s
Valkor: 1:45 or less > 1:30 or less
Fixed Dominus quoting some times a tick slower than the kill that actually qualifies
